CAN I STILL USE MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO HAVING A TREATMENT?

Retinols/Retin A’s and products containing glycolic acid should be avoided three days prior and three days after a treatment. If you have any questions regarding a product you should call the office.

IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?

There is virtually no downtime to any of the treatments, although our aestheticians will be consulting you and going over any questions you may have prior to a treatment. Sometimes you could be a little “pink” or flush after a treatment, which generally will go away in a few hours.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TREATMENT TO DO?

Our aesthetician will consult with you during your initial consultation to pick the right treatment for you and discuss products, which will suit your skin type and condition.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO SET ASIDE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

Your first appointment will generally one hour, leaving time for a consultation followed by the desired treatment.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Results can be seen right away, but a series of six treatments is recommended for the best possible results.

HOW LONG AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN?

You should try to do your first three to four treatments two to three weeks apart at first if at all possible. Your aesthetician will advise you when to schedule your consecutive visits.

WILL MY NECK BE TREATED?

We do treat the neck, but as it is more sensitive than the face, we will be gentler in that area.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?

Yes, we do everything to our ability to be sure you are completely satisfied. We want the best possible results for you. There is a two-week return policy on products.
